ASA LA Program on Historical Architecture and Landmarking

Description:

Join the ASA Los Angeles Chapter for a lecture on historic places in Southern California and landmarking as it relates to real property valuation. Architectural historian Daniel Paul and Adrian Scott Fine of LA Conservancy will touch on recent efforts to landmark Taix restaurant, as well as a LA study looking at the economic benefits of heritage conservation. This program will take place via Zoom and will offer 1.8 continuing education credits.
