My California License is an AG # 001735 with over 40 years experience in real estate as a real estate broker, morthage banker, real estate appraiser, lecture at private seminars including lecturing at California State University at Long Beach, Rancho Santiago Community College, Fullerton Community College, Saddleback Community College. Cypress Community College and Golden West Community College. I currently have a real estate broker licensed, real estate appraiser\'s license. I have held a mortgage loan brokers license. I am license in the State of Illinois. I have been a Probate Referee in the Superior Court in the County of Orange.
