He is also a licensed CPA in the state of California. In 1995, Mr. Zarefsky co-wrote the winning brief for the Roger Trayner Moot Court competition sponsored by the State Bar of California. TOPIC: Mr. Zarefsky will discuss recent US Tax Court findings on Qualified Appraisal/Appraiser standards for non-cash charitable contributions, trends in Minority Interest Discount valuations and the IRS’ recent imposition of Sec 6695 preparer penalties upon appraisers. 2 hrs BREA pending 2 hrs ASA pending SCCAI members should register at SCCAI website.
